At Digital Times Africa, we are committed to promoting african innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity. Such mandate has birthed The Creative Digest; a project focused on featuring incredible african creatives in the various creative industry. It is inspiring, relatable, and the everyday "wahala" we face as techies.
The Creative Digest also aims to encourage individuals nervous about venturing into tech to take the bold step and help newbies establish themselves within the various industries and finetune their craft.
Beginning this series is Daniel Nana Kwame Sekyi Attah, popularly known as Ghana Must Go, a Ghanaian Visual Artist and a certified teacher with eight years of experience expressing and telling people's stories through images. He is inspired to tell stories that change the negative african narrative, surrounded by the rich Ghanaian culture, beautiful landscape, and loving people.

Ghana Must Go constantly finds himself creating conceptual reportage and fine arts images, although his creative abilities cut across numerous fields. The Visual Artist tells DT Africa that photography has always been his best way to express his thoughts, feelings, and emotions and contribute to social issues. "Every image I create has an element of me in it."

Ghana Must Go began his creative journey around 2014 with his phone and a point-and-shoot camera he occasionally borrowed from a friend. At the time, he focused more on editing than taking photos. "I made collages, changed and or blurred backgrounds, inserted text, and other graphics into images. It was just basic editing and a few manipulations. I was just having fun and exploring, but many of my friends appreciated what I did, and that kept my head up," Ghana Must Go stated.

His work "Numbered Days" has gained much popularity among his numerous works. According to the Creator, Numbered Days are image creations that draw inspiration from his intuitions and thoughts. Ghana Must Go mentions that such a pattern has enabled him to stand out over time. Daniel has done well not to follow the status quo but carve his own creative path from his emotions while learning from and appreciating other creatives.
The Visual Artist also particularly highlights black excellence and is currently working on more stories highlighting black excellence and the country's failed and broken educational structures.
